Sky Factory's advanced EcoSlim LED edge-lit illumination system brings the energy efficiency, long-life and RF-free benefits of LED solid-state technology to all new Luminous Virtual Windows. The T5 fluorescent systems are going into retirement. The EcoSlim LED lighting system for Luminous Virtual Windows also removes certain dimensional constraints so you can select from even larger standard sizes. The structural extrusions and solid wood trim remain the same - a 1¾" (45mm) slim profile that can be easily inset, or surface-mounted to the wall. Access to the image and its protective cover is still a simple matter of snapping off the trim and flipping open the sprung front hatches. Sky Factory Luminous Virtual Windows are installed along the pool building’s walls in the Texier residence in Chevreuse, France. The continuous beach image seen "through" three walls creates a convincing seaside location in the outskirts of Paris.
